Founders Message
Growing up, Ma’s “Health Bible” was a book called “Health in your Hands,” which taught us the value of home remedies and natural medicines. These early experiences instilled in us a belief that natural healing is the path to true wellness.
Raised in apartheid South Africa, we also learned the importance of adaptability and resilience. Despite facing discrimination and segregation, we formed strong bonds of friendship and support with people from all walks of life. These relationships have lasted for over 50 years, reminding us of the power of unity and community.
